What is Big Box Avenue's Shipping Policy?

Shipping destinations:

  • We ship in the United States, if you would like an order sent to you outside of the United States, please contact our support team to discuss the custom order. These are handled on a case by case basis and may be subject to additional charges and fees.

Shipping times:

  • United States orders take 5-8 business days to be delivered to you and we ship within 1-3 business days. These results can vary brand by brand.
  • International orders take 15-20 business days to be delivered and we ship within same 3 business days.
  • Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

Shipping costs:

  • Orders over $500 will have free shipping. If additional Liftgate help is needed, additional charges for the service will be billed to the customer.
  • Orders under $500 will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and country. Full price will be displayed at checkout.

What type of payment does Big Box Avenue accept?

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

  • We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via Credit Cards and Debit Cards. Should the customer propose another secure payment method, this can be discussed with the Customer Support team for approval.

Note that additional exchange fee may apply if your currency is other than US dollars.

What is Big Box Avenue's Return and Refunds Policy?

Returns and Refunds

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy:

  • If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund.
  • Timing: we have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
  • To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • For returns, please email customerservice@bigboxavenue.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
  • Our Big Box Avenue Team will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
  • Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
  • When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
  • If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method within 10-14 business days.

How do I place an order?

Order Placement

Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method the for goods - we will ship your package within 3 business days.

  • Where customers can track their orders?

You can track your order under our Service tab on our site menu. Click "Order Status" and add your information to track the location of your order.

  • Is it possible to change the order and how it can be done?

Once an order is placed, we may be able to change the order before it is shipped out if you call our Support Team. 

  • If customer received only part of the whole order, what should be done?

The customer can reach out to our support team via email at customerservice@bigboxavenue.com and we will look to your order.

  • How can an order be canceled? 

If you would like to cancel a order, you must do so before we ship the product out. Contact the Big Box Avenue Customer Support Team for assistance.

  • If an order is shipped, separately will there be double shipping charge? 

If you want to cancel an order after it has been shipped, the fees and charges are based upon the manufacturer's requirements. We uphold the purchasing brand's return policies and charges. Prices may vary based upon the brand/company.

  • Customs fees and/or taxes for international orders?
